AMENDMENTS PROPOSED. Add after the word "expedient” at the end of line 13, in the first section of the printed bill the following; "and provided also that the principal office for the trans- action of the business of the said company shall be es- tablished and located; and is hereby established and locat- ed in the city of Baltimore, during the existance of the charter of the said company." Which proposed amendment was adopted, The bill was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. Mr. Bryan, from Committee on Fish and Game, re- ported favorably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to add an additional sec- tion to Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Harford County,' sub-title ‘Fish,' to immediately follow section 114, to be known as ‘Section 114 A.'" Which was read a second time and ordered to he en- grossed for a third reading. Mr. Applegatth, from Committee on Chesapeake Bay and Tributaries, reported favorably, Senate bill No. 227, entitled "An Act to repeal section 1, of Article 92, of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, entitled Terrapin Diamond Back,' and re- enact the same with amendments."
