Which was referred to the Committee oil Temperance Also, favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to change the name of the Mortgage and Trust Company, incorporated by chapter 263, of the Acts of 1898, entitled ‘An Act to incorporate the Mortgage and Trust Company to that of the Stan- dard Trust Company,' and to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 13, of said chapter, subjecting said company to certain provisions and authorizing it to unite with any other like companies.'" Which was read the second time. Also, favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments chapter 102, of the Acts of 1894, entitled an Act to incorporate the town of Hyattsville, Prince George's county, Md., and to create therein a governing body by the name and style of the Mayor and Common Council ." Which was read the second time. Mr, Moore, from Committee on Corporations, reported favorably, House bill entitled "An Act supplementary to an Act entitled an Act to change the name and amend the char- ter of the Visitors of the Asylum and Training School for the Feeble Minded of the State of Maryland, incor- porated by the General Assembly of Maryland, at its Ses sion of 1898, chapter 183, passed at the session of 1894, chapter 562." Which was read the second time. Also, unfavorably, House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Freder- ick Trust and Deposit Company." Which unfavorable report was adopted.
