sion, 1843, chapter 47, entitled an Act to incorporate the
town of New Windsor, in Carroll county, also to repeal
an Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
the January session, 1867, chapter 420, entitled an Act to
revive and amend the Act of incorporation of the town
of New Windsor, in Carroll county, passed at December
session, 1843, chapter 47, and to repeal the 14th section
thereof, and re-enact the same with the following new
and additional sections, and to re-enact the following in
lieu thereof."
Which was read the second time.
Also, favorably,
Senate bill No. 230, entitled "An Act amendatory of
an Act entitled ‘An Act to incorporate a Mutual Fire In-
surance Company in Cecil county,' passed January 30th,
1846."
Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to amend the charter of
The Susquehanna Power and Paper Company of Harford
county, a corporation organized under the Public General
Laws of the State of Maryland to enlarge its powers and
to change the corporate name thereof, by omitting there-
from the words ‘Harford county."
Pending further consideration of which,
On motion of Mr. Moore,
Said bill was made the Special Order of the Day, for
Thursday March 22nd, at 1 P. M.
Also, favorably,
Senate bill No. 232, entitled "An Act to repeal and re
-enact, with amendments, chapter 326, of the Acts of
1890, entitled an Act to amend the charter, change the
name of, and grant additional powers to the Centenary
Biblical Institute of the Methodist Episcopal Church of
Baltimore city, a corporation incorporated under the Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland."
Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
