Mr. Peter, from Select Committee, reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Prince
George's Cuunty,' sub-title ‘Birds and Game,' to follow
section 35, to be known as ‘Section 35 A.'"
Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
Mr. Dick, from Select Committee, reported favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to add ten new sections to
he designated as 157 A, and 157 B, to the Code of Public
Local Laws, title ‘Allegany County,' sub-title ‘Frost-
burg."
Which was read the second time.
Also, favorably,
Senate bill entitled, "An Act to authorize the legal and
qualified voters of Frostburg, in Allegany county, State
of Maryland, to decide by ballot whether or not town
coupon bonds not to exceed $20,000, shall be issued by
said town for the purpose of providing a municipal sys-
tem of electric lights for said town."
Which was'read the second time and ordered to he en-
grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to provide for a tax col-
lector for the town of Frostburg."
Which was read the second time.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the town of
Barton, Allegany county, Maryland."
Which was read the second time.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to regulate the salaries of.
the Mayor and Councilmen, and fees in criminal cases of
the town of Frostburg."
