chapter 179 of the Acts of 1898 of the Public Local
Laws of Maryland, entitled ‘Allegany County,' sub-title
‘County Tax Collectors,' to be known as ‘Section 42 P.'"

Mr. Dick, from Select Committee, reported favorably,
with proposed amendments,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 11, 12, 13 and 14, of Article 1,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Allegany Coun-
ty,' sub-title 'Birds and Game.'"
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Amend by striking out on line 1, of section 13, the
words ‘Allegany County,' and insert in lieu thereof "the
State of Maryland."

boxes or sneak boats, or from any other boat or craft on
the Elk and Bohema rivers in Cecil county, and to repeal
sections 361 to 370, inclusive, of Article 8 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title ‘Cecil County,' sub-title ‘Wild
Fowl.'"
