toxicating liquors at Ruxton Station, Baltimore county,
Maryland, or within a radius of a mile and a-half there-
of."

Mr. Bouic, from Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction
and consent of the General assembly of Maryland, to the
bequest contained in the last will and testament of Wm.
R. Acton, late of Charles county, deceased, of one hundred
dollars to and for the use and benefit of Port Tobacco
Parish, under the name of ‘Vestry of St. Paul's Church."
Which was read the second time, and orde red to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

Senate bill entitled "An Act to amend chapter 149 of
the Laws of Maryland, passed at- the January Session of
1896."

The Senate reconsidered its action by which said un-
favorable report was adopted, and

cial Proceedings.

Senate bill No. 131, entitled "An Act to add a new sec-
tion to the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
Article 27, to be known as ‘Section 46 J.'"
