Mr. Beasman, from Committee on Temperance, reported
unfovorably,
Senate bill No. 93, entitled "An Act to enable the legal
voters of any county, election district of a county, city,
ward of a city, or any incorporated town, where liquors
are sold by law, to determine by election whether or not
fermented, spirituous or intoxicating liquors shah] be sold
in such county, election district of a county, city, ward of
a city, or incorporated town of this State."
