M., On motion of Mr. Beasman, The Senate took a recess until 8 P. M., NIGHT SESSION. TUESDAY, March 20th, 1900. The Senate resumed session at 8 P. M. Marsh, Messick, Moore, Moses, Peter, Putzel, Ravenscroft, Rohrback, Wilkinson, Wil- liams, of Harford, Williams, of Anne Arundel—25. ORDERS. On motion of Mr. Brewington, it was Ordered, That James W. Owens be paid the sum of $25 for services rendered the Committee on Judicial Pro- ceedings in preparing the Omnibus Bequest Bill as the Senate's portion of said charge. Which was read and referred to the Committee on Finance. INTRODUCTION OF BILLS. By Mr. Peter, A bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Prince George's County,' sub-title ‘Birds and Game,' to follow section 35, to be known as ‘Section 35 A.' Which was read the first time and referred to Sena- tors Peter, Williams, of Anne Arundel, and Gray. |
