A bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 556, of the
Act of the General Assembly of 1894, entitled ‘An Act
to prohibit the shooting of wild water fowl from sink
boxes or sneak boats, or from any other boat or craft od
the Elk and Bohemia rivers, in Cecil county, and to re-
peal sections 301 to 370 inclusive, of Article 8, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Cecil County,' sub-title
Wild FowL”
Which was read the first time aud referred to Sena-
tors Crothers, Applegarth and Williams, of Earford.
Also,
• A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments sections 301, 362, 363, 364,365,368 and 369
of Article 8, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title ‘Cecil County,' sub-title ‘Wild Fowl."
Which was read the first time and refesred to Senators
Crothers, Applegarth and Williams, of Harford.
By Mr. blck,
A bill cntitlcd "An Act to authorize the legal and quali-
fied voters of Frostburg, in Allegany county. State of
Maryland, to not to exceed $20,000 shall be Issued by
said town for the purpose of providing a municipal sys-
tem of electric lights for said town."
Which was read the first time and referred to Sen-
tors Dick, Rohrback and Raveuscroft.
By Mr. Williams, of Anne Arundel,
A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 92 C of Article 27 of the Code of
Public General Laws, title ‘Crimes and Punishments,' sub-
title ‘Fraud—Conversion by Factors of Consigned Goods,'
as enacted by chapter 618 of the Acts of 1890."
Which was read the first time and ref errud to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 8,9, 12,13,
14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 31, 32, 34 and 36 of Article
65 of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Militia,' as
re-enacted by chapter 89 of the Acts of Assembly of 1896,
and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to add
additional sections to said Article 65 of the Code of Pub-
