Mr. Wilkinson, from Select Committee, reported fa- vorably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 96 A and 96 B, of Article 19, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘St. Mary's County,' sub-title ‘Oysters,' and to re- enact the same with amendments." Which was read the second time and ordered to be en- grossed for a third reading. Mr. Kirwan, from Select Committee, reported favor. ably, House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower- ing the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's county, to appoint an additional constable for the Seventh Elec- tion District of said county." Which was read the second time and ordered to be en- grossed for a third reading. Mr. Gray, from Select Committee, reported favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to empower the County Commissioners of Charles county to levy a sum of money to set up mile posts on the public roads of Charles county and to place hand bosrds at principal road crossingt” Which was read the second time and ordered to be en- grossed for a third reading. Also, favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Charles County,' udder the new sub-title ‘Dogs,' to follow section 8, and to be designated as ‘Section 58 A."
