ably,
House bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the riding of
bicycles or other vehicles of that description upon the
sidewalks or footpaths of public roads in Howard
county."
Which was read the second time.
Mr. Wilkinson, from Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 96 A and
96 B, of Article 19, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title ‘St. Mary's County,' sub-title ‘Oysters,' and to re-
enact the same with amendments."
Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
Mr. Kirwan, from Select Committee, reported favor.

House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower-
ing the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's county,
to appoint an additional constable for the Seventh Elec-
tion District of said county."
