tributes to said fund as aforesaid."

On page 7, line 20, after the word "died," strike out
everything after the word "and," on line 21, and insert
in lieu thereof in line 20, after the word "died," the words
"in consequence of injuries received while in the discharge
of duties."
Which proposed amendments were severally adopted,
and
The bill was read the second time and ordered to he
engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Bouio, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize the town of
Takoma Park, to borrow an additional sum of money not
exceeding $10,000 with credit of said town (if the same
shall be necessary for the purpose of constructing and
maintaining waterworks and a sewerage system for said
town), to issue bonds for the payment thereof, and to
levy taxes to redeem said bonds and to pay the interest
thereon, to authorize the issue of said bonds and also a
prior issue of bonds for the purpose of constructing and
maintaining waterworks and a sewerage system only."
On motion of Mr. Bouic,
Said bill was recommitted to Select Committee.
Also, favorably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to protect the sport of fox
hunting in Montgomery county."
Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
Mr. Applegarth, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Dorchester county in the State of
Maryland, in their discretion, to construct a bridge across
Narrow's Ferry, in Dorchester county."
Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
