United Railway and Electric Company of Baltimore to increase the board of directors from the present number, to-wit, nine unto eleven, and to provide that of such number two may be citizens and residents of States other than the State of Maryland." Being on its second reading, The following amendment was proposed by Mr. Putzel Amend by adding at the end of section 1 the follow- ing: "Provided the principal office of said company shall be located in the city of Baltimore." And the bill was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. Senate bill No. 206, entitled "An Act to incorporate tine Finance Company of Maryland." M. having arrived The Senate considered the Order of the Day, being House bill entitled "An Act to properly care for, ex- hibit and preserve the battle flags carried by Maryland Regiments during the Civil War, 1861-65."
