REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES.
Mr. Applegarth, from Committee on putlic Roads and
Highways, reported without recommendation,
Senate bill entitled "An Act providing for the laying
out of public roads in Washington county."
Which was read the second time.
The question recurred upon whether or not said bill
should be engrossed for a third reading.
Which was decided in the negative.


REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES.
Mr. Applegarth, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to add 5 sub-sections to
Article 19, of the Code of Public Local Laws of the
State of Mary]and, title ‘Dorchester County,' sub-title
‘Wild Fowl,' to be knowa as ‘Sections 335, 336, 337, 338
and 339."
The bill was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Peter, from Select Committee, reported favorably,
Senate bill No. 234, entitled "An Act to repeal section
42, of Article 33, of the Code of Public General Laws, en-
titled ‘Elections,' sub-title 'Nominations,' as amended by
chapter 202, of the Acts of 1896, and to re-enact the
same with amendments."
Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
President Hubner, from Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 188 to
217, inclusive, of Article 3, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title ‘Baltimore County, sub-title ‘Roads,' as
amended by chapter 49 and chapter 469, of the Acts of
1896, and chapter 309, of the Acts of 1898, and to re-en-
act the same with amendments, and to add three new
sections thereto, to be designated ‘Sections 217 A, 217 B,
217 C.'"
Which was read the second time.
