dition for public travel, Dover Bridge and causeways
leading thereto, connecting Talbot and Caroline counties,
and to re-enact the same with amendments."

Mr. Moore, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize the legal and
qualified voters of Snow Hill, in Worcester county, to
decide whether or not town coupon bonds not exceeding
the sum of $15,000, shall he issued by said town for the
purpose of shelling and otherwise improving the streets
of the town of Snow Hill, and also for the purpose of
providing an electric light plant for said town."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

Senate bill entitled "An Act to encourage the establish-
ment and development of manufacturers and manufac-
turing industries of Worcester coullty."

Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
the Trustees of the Poor of Worcester county to sell and
convey certain real estate in said county called ‘Roches-
ter and Purnell's Outlet,' and upon which is now located
the county Alms House."

grossed for a third reading.

Mr. Baker, from Select Committee, reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
Article 15, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title Kent
County,' sub-title ‘Chestertown,' to follow section 59, to
be designated as ‘Section 59 A,' and to repeal and re-
enact with amendments section 68 of said Article."
