Mr. Dennis, from Select Committee, reported favor ably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 172, of Article 20, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Somerset County,' sub-title ‘Oysters.' Which was read the second time and ordered to be en- grossed for a third reading. Mr. Messick, from Select Committee, reported favor- ably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 3 and 6, of chapter 298, of the Acts of 1890, entitled an Act to build and establish a free bridge over Tuckahoe river, formerly Tuckahoe creek, at or near Horsey's Landing in Caroline county, and to provide for free travel be- tween Caroline and Talbot counties, and to re-enact the same with amendments." Which was read the second time and ordered to be en- grossed for a third reading. Also, favorably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize the County Commissioners of Caroline county to issue bonds to an amount not to exceed the sum of eight thousand dollars for the purpose of rebuilding a part of Dover bridge and to levy a tax on the assessable property of Caroline county for the payment of the same." Which was read the second time and ordered to be en- grossed for a third reading.
