Mr. Bouic, from Select Committee, reported favorably, House bill entitled ‘,An Act to repeal section 55, of Article 16, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Mont- gomery County,' sub-title ‘Birds and Game,' as re-enacted by clmapter 370 of the Acts of 1892." Which was read the second time. Also, favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to provide for the appoint- ment of an additional Justice of the Peace in time Fifth Election District and in the Seventh Election District of Montgomery county." Which was read time second time. President Hubner, from Select Committee, reported favorably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 464, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January session of 1898, entitled an Act to authorize the Board of County School Commissioners of Baltimore county to establish Kindergarten schools in said county." Which was read the second time and ordered to he en- grossed for a third reading. Also, favorably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to amend and re-enact with amendments section 173 of Article 3, of the Code of Pub- lie Local Laws, title ‘Baltimore County,' sub-title ‘Or- phans Court.' " Which was read time second time amid ordered to be en- grossed for a third reading. |
