Senate bill entitled "An Act to add "An additional sec-
tion to section 44, of Article 14. of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title ‘Howard County,' sub-title ‘County
Commissioners and County Collectors,' to be known and
designated as ‘Section 44 F."
Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
Mr. Bouic, from Select Committee, reported favorably,
House bill entitled ‘,An Act to repeal section 55, of
Article 16, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Mont-
gomery County,' sub-title ‘Birds and Game,' as re-enacted
by clmapter 370 of the Acts of 1892."

ment of an additional Justice of the Peace in time Fifth
Election District and in the Seventh Election District of

the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
the January session of 1898, entitled an Act to authorize
the Board of County School Commissioners of Baltimore
county to establish Kindergarten schools in said county."
