Senate bill entitled "An Act to provide a special, fund
as authorized by chapter 123, section 2, of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, session 1898, tItle
‘City of Baltimore,' sub-title ‘Charter,' sub-title ‘General
Powers,' sub-title ‘Police,' and to care for an! regulate
the distribution of said fund."
Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled ‘Crimes aud Punishments; to come In after sec-
tion 208, sub-title ‘Minors, Care and Protection of,' and
to be known as ‘Section 208 A."
