Gentlemen of the Senate: We have received your message proposing the ap- pointment of a Joint Committee of Conference on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses on Senate bill No. 140, entitled "An Act to repeal and re- enact with amend- ments section 83, of Article 9, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘St. Mary's County,' sub-title ‘Oysters,'" and respectfully inform you that we concur therein.
