County,' sub-title ‘Justices of the Peace and Constables.'"

Hubner, Williams, of Anne Arundel and Williams of
Harford.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 70, of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, January session,
1884, entitled an Act to incorporate the town of Bishop-
yule, Worcester county."
Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Moore, Applegarth and Dodson.
Also,
A bill entitled "An Act to authorize the legal, and
qualified voters of Snow Hill, in Worcester county, to
decide by ballot whether or not town coupons bonds,
not exceeding the sum of $15,000 shall be issued by
said town for the purpose of shelling and otherwise im
proving the streets of the town of Snow Hill, and also
for the purpose of providing an electric light plant for
said town."
Which was read the first time and referred to Sena-
tors Moore, Applegarth and Dodson.
Also,
A bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower the
trustees of the poor of Worcester county, to sell and
convey certain real estate in said county called ‘Roches-
ter and Purnell's Outlet,' and upon which is now located
‘The County Almshouse.'"

tors Moore, Applegarth and Dodson.

A bill entitled "An Act to add certain additional sec-
tions to Article 77, of the Code of Public General Laws,
to come in after section 17, to be known as ‘Section 17
A, 17 B and 17 C,' providing for a superintendent of
public education.'
