Senate bill No. 112, entitled "An Act to amend Article
15, of the Declaration of Rights of the Constitution of
this State."
Was read the third time and failed for want of a con-
stitutional majority by yeas and nays, as follows:

The Senate reconsidered the vote by which said bill
failed to pass for want of a constitutional majority.
Senate bill entitled "An Act to appropriate a sum of
money to the Anne Arundel County Academy, thereby
rendering said Academy efficient, and encouraging priv-
ate individuals to contribute to its support and endow-
ment."
Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays,
as follows:
