Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

At the end of section 37 add the words "provided,
however, that copies of said applications be served upon
the adjoining property owners by said applicant before
filing said application before said board."

Section 77, line 15, amend by inserting the following
words after the word "Article," and shall also discharge
the duties of Sanitary Inspector for his ward."

The Senate concurred severally in the proposed amend-
ments, and

mittee on Education.

Senate bill No. 47, entitled "An Act to add additional
sections to Article 41, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title ‘Governor,' to be known as ‘Sections 25 and
26,' and to follow section 24."

Endorsed: "Amended, read the third time and passed
by yeas and nays."
