The Senate went into Executive session.

On motion of Mr. Putzel,
The Senate resumed Legislative session.


At 2.45 P. M.
On motion of Mr. Moses,
The Senate took a recess until 8 P. M.

THURSDAY, March 15th, 1900.
The Senate resumed session at 8 P. M.
Present at roll call, the following Senators:

Messrs. President, Applegarth, Baker, Beasman, Betts,
Bouic, Brewington, Bryan, Crothers, Dennis, Gray, Kir-
wan, Marsh, Messick, Moore, Moses, Peter, Putzel, Raven-
scroft, Rohrback, Wilkinson—21.


UNFINISHED BUSINESS.
The Senate considered unfinished business, being
The following message from the House of Delegates:
Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 10, 37, 59, 77, 98 and 176, of
the Act of 1898, chapter 123, entitled ‘City of Balti-
more,' sub-title ‘Charter.'
Endorsed: "Amended, read the third time, and passed
by yeas and nays."
AMENDMENTs PROPOSED.

Add thefollowing section at end of bill, to be known
as ‘Section 2,' to come in after section 1.
