Also, unfavorably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title ‘Fred- erick County,' by inserting after section 142, under a new sub-title to be designated ‘Fire Insurance Agents,' cer- tain additional sections to be known as 142 A. 142 B, 142 C, 142 P and 142 E,' providing for the licensing of fire insurance agents within Frederick county." Which report was adopted. Mr. Dodson, from Select Committee, reported favor- ably, House bill entitled "An Act to add additionai sections, to Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Talbot County,' sub-title ‘Justices of the Peace and Con- stables,' to be designated as ‘Sections 117 A, 117 B, 117 C, 117 D, 117 E, 117 F, 117 G, 117 H, 117 I.'" Which was read the second time. Also favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 126, of Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Talbot County,' sub-title ‘Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks,' as amended by chapter 580 of the Acts of the General As- sembly of Maryland, passed at the January session, 1898, and to re-enact the same with amendments." Which was read the second time. Mr. Williams, of Anne Arundel. from Select Commit- tee, reported favorably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 218,219 220 and 221, of Article 5, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Anne Arundel County,' sub-title ‘Stock and Swine,' and to re-enact the same with amendments." Which was read the second time and ordered to he engrossed for a third reading. |
