House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
the Burgess and Commissioners of Boonshoro, Washing-
ton county, State of Maryland, to borrow money on the
credit of said town for the purpose of contracting or
purchasing and operating water works in or near said
town and to issue bonds for the payment of the cost of
the same, and to levy a tax on the assesable property of
said town and to redeem said bonds and to pay the in-
terest thereon."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."

House bill entitled "An Act to add an additional section
to Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, en-
