tors Dick, Ravenscroft and Betts.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower-
ing the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's county,
to appoint an additional constable for the .Seventh Elec-
tion District of said county."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to Sena-
tors Kirwan, Applegarth and Dodson.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the sale of
spirituous or fermented liquors within three miles of
Kitzmillersville District No. 13, in Garrett county."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read- the first time and referred to Senators
Ravenscroft, Dick and Rohrback.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
the President and Commissioners of Princess Anne, in
Somerset county, to issue bonds and to appropriate the
proceeds arising from the sale thereof towards provid-
ing additional fire protection, and establishing and main-
taining a sewerage system and other improvements in
said town, and to submit the question of the issue of said
bonds to the qualified voters thereof for determination."
