Also, House bill entitled "An Act to authorize the County Commissioners of Carroll county to issue bonds to liqui- date the indebtedness of the School Commissioners of said county." Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays." Which was read the first time and referred to Senators Beasman, Rohrback and Brewington. Also, House bill entitled "An Act to give sanction of the Legislature to the gifts, devises and bequests to divers charitable and religious institutions named in the last will and testament of Louis Dode, late of Baltimore city, deceased, subject to the conditions and limitations and for the purposes in said will mentioned, and to prevent any failure of the testamentary purposes of the said Louis Dode, by reason of uncertainty and mis-description of any of said beneficiaries." Also, House bill entitled "An Act to refund to Enoch B. Abell, Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Mary's county, $23.73 erroneously paid into the State Treasury."
