Bryan, Moses and Putzel.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act t-o provide for the election
to be held in Election District No. 5, or Queenstown dis-
trict of Queen Anne county, to regulate the liquor traffic
therein, and repealing section 193, of Article 18, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Queen Anne County,'
sub-title ‘Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks,' as amended by
the Act of 1896, chapter 348, and re-enacting the same
with the addition of certain new sections to be desig-
nated as ‘Sections 193 A, 193 B, 193 C, 193 D, 193 E. 193
F,' so as to read as hereinafter provided."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Kirwan, Applegarth and Dódson.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 1, 3 and
31, of Article 54, of the Code of Public General Local
Laws, title ‘Lunatics and Insane,' and- to re-enatt the
same with amendments."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 126, of
Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Talbot
County,' sub-title ‘Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks,' as
amended by chapter 580, of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session 1898.
and to re-enact the same with amendments."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Dodson, Wilkinson and Kirwan.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
chapter 179 of the Acts of 1898, of the Public Local
