amendments chapter 494, of tire Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, session 1898, to repeal section 756,
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title ‘Bal-
timore City,' sub-title ‘Police,' and to re-enact the same-
with amendments."

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

Also, (by request,)

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 788, of chapter
123, of the Acts of t-he General Assembly of Maryland,
session 1898, title ‘Cit-y of Baltimore,' sub-title ‘Miscella-
neous Laws,' sub-title ‘New Station Houses,' and to re
enact said section 788 with amendments,"

lating to the abandonment by railroad companies of their
line or lines of road or parts thereof.'"
