A bill entitled "An Act to incorporate time Union Auth-
mobile Company."
Which was i-cad and referred to the Committee on
Corporations.
Also,
A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 42 of Article
33, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled ‘Elec-
tions,' sub-title ‘Nominations,' as amended by chapter 202
of the Acts of 1896, and to re-enact tire same with amend-
men t s "
Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Elections.
Also,
A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 8, of chapter
317, Acts of 1896, entitled an Act to create a Treasurer
for Howard county, and to provide for tire collection of
taxes therein, and to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments, sections 5, 7 and 10, of said chapter."
Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Peter, Williams, of Harford and Williams of Anne Arun-
del.
By Mr. Bryan,
A bill entitled "An Act to ratify and confirm the Ordi-
nance of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, No.
32, approved February 8th, 1900, supplementary to, and
in amendment of Ordinance No. 18, approved March 9th,
1898."
Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Bryan, Moses and Putzel.

By Mr. Moses (by request),
A bill entitled "An Act to provide a special fund as
authorized by chapter 123, section 2, of tire Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, session 1898, tithe ‘City
of Baltimore,' sub-title ‘Charter,' sub-title ‘General
Powers,' sub-title ‘Police,' and to care for and regulate
the distribution of said fund."
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.
