Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
Senate bill entitled "An Act to amend the charter of
the American Banking and Trust Company of Baltimore
city, and to repeal and re-enact with amendments section
3, of chapter 252, of the Acts of 1894, incorporating said
company under the name of ‘The American Banking and
Trust Company of Baltimore city, and to repeal and re-
enact with amendments sub-section 2, of section 1, of
chapter 41, of the Acts of 1896, amending the charter of
said company, and changing its name to that of the
‘American Banking and Trust Company of Baltimore
city,' and to increase the capital stock of said company,
and to enlarge the powers of its officers."

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:
