Senate bill No. 43, entitled "An Act to incorporate the Chesapeake and Northern Railway Company.-' Being on its third reading, Pending farther consideration of which, On motion of Mr. Wilkinson, Said bill was made the Special Order of the Day for Tuesday, March 13th, at 2 P. M. House bill entitled "An Act to add additional sections to Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, tithe ‘Talbot County,' sub-title ‘Justices of the Peace and Con- stables,' to be designated as ‘Sections 117 A, 117 B, 117 C, 117 D, 117 E, 117 F, 117 G, 117 H, 117 I.'" Being on its third reading, On motion of Mr. Dodson, Said bill was re-committed to Select Committee.
