323, entitled an Act to appropriate certain sums of money
in support of sundry schools and charitable institutions
in the State of Maryland, for each of the two fiscal years
ending on the 30th day of September, 1899, and on the
30th day of September, 1900, respectively, and to appro-
priate for the Hospital for the Women of Maryland, the
sum of $2,000, which under said Act as signed by the
Governor, said hospital failed to receive in consequence
of said clerical error."

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:

House bill entitled "An Act tb make valid the sales
made and the deeds, devises and other instrument of
writing executed and delivered by trustee or trustees to
whom any estate, real, personal or mixed, shall have been
limited or conveyed for the benefit of creditors, or to be
sold for any other purpose, when such trustee or tras-
tees have failed to comply with the requirements of sec-
tion 205, of Article 16, of the Maryland Code of Public
General Laws in giviug bond with but one surety."
