Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled "An Act tb make valid the sales made and the deeds, devises and other instrument of writing executed and delivered by trustee or trustees to whom any estate, real, personal or mixed, shall have been limited or conveyed for the benefit of creditors, or to be sold for any other purpose, when such trustee or tras- tees have failed to comply with the requirements of sec- tion 205, of Article 16, of the Maryland Code of Public General Laws in giviug bond with but one surety."
