Senate bill No. 172, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact with amendments section 24 of the charter of the
Baltimore and Southern Railroad Company, as the same
was enacted by the Act of 1896, chapter 271, so as to ex-
‘tend the time for the completion of said railroad."

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays as follows:
