Said bill was made the Special Order of the Day for
Tuesday, March 13th, at 1.15 P. M.

Senate bill No. 87, entitled "An Act to appropriate a
sum of money to pay the ‘Frostburg Forum' and other
newspapers for publishing the Constitutional Amend-
ment and Governor's Proclamation."

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:
