Senate bill No. 170, entitled "An Act to extend the
privileges, enlarge tire powers and amend the chartef of
the Sharptown Marine Railway Company of Sharptown,
Wicomico county, Maryland, a corporation duly incorp-
orated under the general laws of this State."

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:

with tire provisions of this Act."
