Senate bill No. 117, entitled "An Act to repeal section
2, of chapter 310, of the Acts of Assembly of Maryland
of 1892, entitled ‘An Act prescribing the regulations and
conditions upon which the Board of Public Works shall
sell the States' interest in all works of improvement' as
said section 2 was amended by chapter 172 of the Acts
of 1896.'"

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and
