The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and de-
livered the following message:

March 8th, 1900.
Gentlemen of the Senate:
We respectfully beg leave to recal the bill Senate No.
114, entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 351, of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the
January session, in the year 1898, entitled ‘An Act to
repeal and re-enact with aniendments, section 67, of Ar-
ticle 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Crimes
and Punishments,' sub-title ‘Disturbances of the Public
Peace,' and to re-enact the same with amendments, said
bill having been unfavorably reported by the Judiciary
Committee of the House of Delegates, and so returned
to your Honorable Body, on the date March 1900."

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates
We have received your message asking for the return
to your Honorable Body Senate bill entitled "An Act to
repeal chapter 351, of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, passed at the January Session in the year
eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, entitled an Act to re-
peal and re-enact with amendments section 67, of Article
27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Crimes and
Punishments,' sub-title ‘Disturbances of the Public
Peace,' and to re-enact the same with amendments."
