Mr. Beasman, from Committee on Inspections, reported favorably, Senate bill No. 168, entitled "An Act to add certain new sections t-o Article 48, of the Code of Public General Laws, title 'Inspections,' under the new sub-title ‘Feed Stuffs,' to follow section 83, and to be known as ‘Sections 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91 and 92." Which was read thie second time and ordered to be en- grossed for a third reading. ORDER OF THE DAY. The hour of 1.30 P. M. having arrived, The Senate considered the Order of the Day, being Senate bill No. 7, entitled "An Act to amend Article 33, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled ‘Elec- tions,' as re-enacted by chapter 202, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1896, by adding there- to twelve additional sections under the sub-title ‘Cor- rupt Practice,' to follow section 151, as now enacted with amendments." Mr. Moore moved than said bill be recommitted to the Committee on Civil Service with instructions to report upon said bill on Wednesday next.
