FURTHER AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
By Mr. Putzel,
Amend section 7 by striking out lines 21 to 28, inclu-
sive, and inserting instead thereof the following: "Kind
not contrary to law, with any individual firm, associa-
tion or corporation for the production of any enterprise
or for the management or construct-ion of any building
or buildings or any work or works which tend or be de-
signed to improve, increase."

Amend line 34 of section 7, by striking out the word
"franchises."

FURTHER AMENDMENT PROPOSED,
After section 8, add an additional section, to he known
as ‘Section 9," and to read as follows:
"Section 9. And be it further enacted, That the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland reserves the right to repeal,
alter, change or amend this Act at its pleasure."
