Times for $90; the Transcript for $50.83; all published
in Washington county. —
The Advertiser for $90; the News for $90; the Courier-
for $90; all published in Wicowico county.
The Messenger for $90; the Advocate for $90; both
published in Worcester county.
For publishing the Constitutional Amendment and
Governor's Proclamation as proposed by chapter 193 of
the Acts of 1898.
And be it enacted that this Act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

Add "The Daily Record, $90, published in Baltimore
city."

The bill was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Moore, from the Committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably, with proposed amendments,
Senate bill No. 138, entitled "An Act to incorporate the
Finance Company of Maryland."
AMENDMENT PR0P0SED
At the end of section 1, add the following: "And the
home office of the said body corporate shall be in Balti-
more city."

FURTHER AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Add an additional sect-ion to be known as ‘Section 8
A” and between sections 8 and 9, to read as follows:
Section 8 A, And be it enacted, That the said body
corporate, shall exercise the rights and powers conferred
by the Act within six months after the passage of this
Act, otherwise this Act shall thereafter be null and void."
