fiscal years ending on the 30th day of September, 1899,
and on the 30th day of September, 1900, respectively,
and to appropriate for the Hospital for the Women of
Maryland the sum of $2,000. which, under said Act as
signed by the Governor, said hospital failed to receive
in consequence of said clerical error."

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Bouic, from Committee on Judical Proceedings, re-
ported favorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to limit the session of the
Grand Jury of Frederick county."
Which was read the second time.

Also, favorably, with proposed amendments,

Senate bill No. 152, entitled "An Act to add three ad-
ditional sections to Article 27, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title ‘Fruit and Vegetable Packing,' to
follow section 104, and to be designated as Sections 104
A, 104 B and 104 C."

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Strike out in title of bill, words "104 B and 104 C."

Strike out in line 6 of the bill, the words "a barrel of
apples." and insert "apple barrel."
Strike out all after line 12 in said bill, dowu to and in-
cluding line 27.
Which proposed amendments were severally adopted,
and
The bill was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Also favorably, with proposed amendments,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re enact with
amendments section 32, of Article 27, of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title ‘Crimes and
Punishments,' sub-title ‘Counterfeiting and Forgery."
AMENDMENT PRoPosED.

Amend by striking out the words "sectiou 32 A," and
insert in lieu thereof the words "section 2."
