Also, favorably, with proposed amendments,
Senate bill No. 33, entitled "An Act to incorporate the
Central Maryland Trust Company."

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

After the word "pleasure” at the end of section 10, add
the following: "Provided, that said corporation shall
he subject at all times to tine provisions of the Acts of
1892, chapters 109 and 279, or amendments or supple-
ments thereto."

Add an additional section to be known as "section 10
A,' to follow section 10, and to read as follows:

"Section 10 A. The home office of this body corporate
shall be located in Kent county, State of Maryland."

Add an additional section to be known as "Section 10
B," to follow section 10 A, and to read as follows:
"Section 10 B. The body corporate hereby created shall
exercise the rights, powers and privileges hereby con-
fcrred within six monts from the date of the passage of
this Act, otherwise this Act shall be null and void, and
of iio effect nor force whatever."

Strike out the words "six months," and insert in lien
thereof "January 1st, A. D., 1901."

By Mr. Baker,
Section 3, line 2, strike out "first day of," and insert in
lieu thereof "first Wednesday in."
Amend title by striking out "Central Maryland," and
inserting in lieu thereof "United."
Section 1, lines 5 and 6, strike out "Central Maryland,"
and insert in lieu thereof "United."
Section 2, line 6, insert between "fifteen” and "thou-
sand” the word "hundred," so as to read "fifteen hundred
thousand."
