Mr. Crothers, from Special Committee, appointed to
confer with Committee of the House of Delegates sub-
mitted the following
REPORT:
March 1st, 1900.
Gentlemen of the Senate:
The report of the Joint Committee of Conference on
the disagreeing votes of the two Houses on the amend-
ments submitted by the Senate to
House bill, entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Baltimore county to change
the grade of public road in the Thirteenth district of said
county, commonly known as the ‘Washington Turnpike
Road,' at and near the place where the same crosses the
Baltimore and Potomac Railroad at grade, for the pur-
pose of doing away with such grade crossing, and to pro-
vide for the construction of the bridge or bridges that
may be made necessary thereby."
Respectfully shows that your committee recommends
that the Senate recede from amendments Nos. 3 and 4,
and recommend the passage of said bill without said
amendments.
