Peter, Bouic, Putzel, Bryan, Rohrback, Crothers, Wilkinson, Dennis, Williams, of Har., Dodson Williams, of A. A., —18. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. The President distributed the following message from the House of Delegates: House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 188 of Article 16, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled ‘Chancery,' sub-title ‘Sales,' as amended by Acts of 1890, chapter 320, and to re-enact the same with amendments." Endorsed "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays." Which was read the first time and. referred to the Com- mittee on Judicial Proceedings. Also, House bill entitled "An Act to add the following new sections to Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Crimes and Punishments,' sub-title ‘Fraud—- Sterling and Coin Silver,' and to be known as ‘Sections 119 C, 119 B, 119 E, 119 F, 119 G, 119 H, 119 I, 119 J, 119 K.'"
