Which was read the first time, and referred to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings, hereafter to be ap- pointed. By Mr. Beasman, A bill edtitled "An Act to make yalid the sales made, and the deeds, devises and other instruments of writing executed and delivered by trustee or trustees to whom any estate, real, personal or mixed, shall have been limi- ted or conveyed. for the benefit of creditors, or to be sold for any other purpose where such trustee or trus- tees have failed to comply with the requirements of sec- tion 205, of Article 16, of the Maryland Code of Public General Laws in giving bond with but one surety. Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings, hereafter to be ap- pointed. By Mr. Rohrbach, A bill entitled an Act to add a new section to Article 52, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Justices of the Peace," sub-title "Process and Practice," to be designated as "Section 29 A," and to follow section 29 of said Article. Which was read the first time, and referred to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings, hereafter to be ap- pointed. By Mr. Putzel, A bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct the Comp- troller of Baltimore city, respectively, to refund to Philip Lobe and Henry Rosenheim & Sons, moneys erroneously paid into the Treasury, respectively, of said State and municipality, for license.
