Great Seal and presented to the Governor of Maryland
for his approval this day at 9.50 o'clock, A. M.:

"An Act to repeal section 296, of Article 23, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Corporations,' sub-
title ‘ Process,' as amended by the Act of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1892, chapter 601, and to re-
enact the same with amendments."

"An Act to amend Article 27, of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title ‘Crimes and Punish-
meats,' by adding a new section thereto, to be known as
‘Section 75 A.'

"An Act to repeal chapter 407, of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland of 1898, entitled ‘An Act to
add an additional section to Article 38. of the Code of
Public General Laws, entitled ‘Fines and Forfeitures,' to
follow section 3, to be known as Section ion 4.'"

"An Act to authorize and direct the Comptroller of
Baltimore city, respectively, to refund to Philip Lobe
and Henry Rosenheim & Sons, moneys erroneously paid
into the Treasury, respectively, of said State and munici-
pality, for license."

"An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments sec-
tion 34, of Article 1, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title ‘Allegany County,' sub-title ‘County Commission-
ers.'

"An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments sec-
tion 9 A, of Article 10, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title ‘Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact,' as
added thereto by the Acts of 1898, chapter 166."

"An Act to authorize the Commissioners of Crisfield,
in Somerset county, to issue additional bonds on the
credit of said municipal corporation."

"An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments sec-
tion 45, of Article 63, of the Code or Public General
Laws of the State of Maryland, entitird ‘Mechanics'
Liens."

"An Act to repeal amd re-enact with amendments see-
tion 6, of Article 77, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title ‘Public Education,' sub-title ‘Formation of Boards.'"
