Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 144, of
Article 23, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title ‘Wicomico County,' sub-title ‘Salisbury,' and
to re-enact the same with amendments."
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows

Said-bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

Senate bill No. 112, entitled "An Act to amend Article
15, of the Declaration of Rights, of the Constitution of

Said bill was made the Special Order of the Day for
Tuesday, March 6th, at 1 P. M.

The Senate went into Executive Session.

The Senate resumed Legislative business.
