262 K of said bill section.

In enacting clause, line 2 of section 1, of engrossed
bill, strike out the number "262 K," and in line 3 of
said enacting clause and section strike out the word
"taxes," and insert in lieu thereof the words "Taxes and
County Treasurer."

In title amend as proposed for enacting clause in next
preceding amendment.

On motion of Mr. Dick, it was
Ordered, That the State Printer be and lie is hereby
directed to print two hundred copies of local bill No.
250, as amended.

The Senate considered the Order of the Day, being
Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 679, of
the Acts of 1898, chapter 123, entitled ‘City of Balti-
more, sub-title ‘Miscellaneous Local Laws,' and to re-en-
act said section with amendments."
Mr. Bryan moved that said bill be recommitted to the
Committee on Finance.
