Amend title by striking out the words "a new section”
on line 1, and inserting the words "two new sections."
Amend title by striking out all after the word "num-
bered” on the third line, and inserting "Sections 96 A and
96 B, and to follow section 96."
Amend section 1 by striking out the words "a new sec-
tion” on line 1, and inserting "two new sections."
Amend section 1, line 2, by striking out the word "is,"
and inserting the word "are."
Amend section 1, line 4, by striking out the words
"Section 96 A," and inserting "Sections 96 A and 96 B."
Which proposed amendments were severally adopted,
and the bill was read the second time.
Also, unfavorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 17, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title ‘Prince George's County,' sub-title
‘Sheriff,' to follow section 298, and to be known as ‘Sec-
tion 298 A' of said Article."
