REPORT OF SELECT COMMITTEES.
Mr. Brewington, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably, with proposed amendments,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 132, of
Article 23, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Wi-
comico County,' sub-title Salisbury,' and to re-enact the
same with amendments."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Add an additional section to follow after section 132,
and to he known as "Section 132 A," and read as fol-
lows:
"All male qualified voters resident in the annexed ter-
ritory herein provided for shall be entitled to vote at the
next municipal election, provided they were qualified
voters at the last general Congressional election, and
have resided in said annexed territory or corporate limits
of Salisbury for six mouths prior to said municipal elec-
tion."
In the title add after the word "amendments," the fol-
lowing: "And to add an additional section to follow after
said section 132, to be known as ‘Section 132 A,' said
